Circles didn't start in a boardroom or with a business plan. It started with three brothers who grew up understanding — from the inside — what it means to navigate life without the right people around you. And what it means when you finally find them.
We are Andrew, Johnathan and Michael. Between us we bring over three decades of working directly with young people, families and communities. Michael has spent more than ten years in the youth sector, working on the ground with the young people who need it most. Johnathan brings the governance, safeguarding and structural foundations that make an organisation trustworthy and safe. And Andrew has spent over twenty years working with young people whilst building brands and telling stories that connect.
But none of that is really why we started Circles.
We started it because we believe that the most powerful thing you can give a young person — or a family — isn't a programme or a service. It's a circle. The right people, in the right place, at the right time. People who see you, challenge you, and refuse to let the cycle continue.
We've seen what happens when that circle exists. And we've seen what happens when it doesn't.

Our Mission is to build positive circles around young people and families — empowering them to break negative cycles through community, connection and opportunity. We remove barriers, create safe spaces and deliver programmes that challenge, develop and celebrate the people we serve.

ANDREW
MONGI
Andrew knows what it means to be on the other side of the table. He came through the youth work pathway himself — starting as a participant before becoming a practitioner — and that journey has shaped everything he does.
With over 20 years working with young people, Andrew has built community fitness programmes tackling obesity and social isolation in London, and brings a rare combination of frontline youth work experience and professional brand and graphic design expertise to Circles. A qualified tutor, assessor and Internal Quality Assurance practitioner, he understands both the human and operational side of delivering programmes that actually work.
Circles is, in many ways, his Full Circle moment.
